Last thing I need when I work from home is my boiler giving up the ghost in winter. My old Worcester was cutting out for no reason giving me Siberian-esq temperatures (dropped to almost 17 one day....) - so I called Andrew who was recommended to me by a mutual friend. What I loved about his service was that he didn't instantly try and talk me into a new boiler, instead he replaced many of the parts of the old machine at a a few quid here and there, all in all I think it was less than £100.00 in the hope of me not having to shell out for a brand new boiler a week before Christmas - he wouldn't take a penny for fitting these parts until it was working - in spite of his best efforts, the old boiler was beyond repair but he tried everything including flushing the whole system twice with some fluid, but it was not to be. I've had the thing ages, so couldn't complain, was simply time for replacement.

Andrew then spent the time understanding the future use of the boiler (house extension imminent so more radiators will be required) and got me the right 42kw boiler for the job, and he got it all cheaper than I could get online, the next day and brought it to my house for fitting. (Worcester again)

Price for the whole job was more than reasonable, and I have a 6-year-warranty to boot. Tradesmen like Andrew are worth their weight in gold; he is honest, reliable and listens to his customers. Cannot recommend enough, great service and he even tidied up after himself!
